I began practicing Esthetics in 2003, I believe everyone possesses their own beauty and I love helping our clients feel and look their best! I am a master trained skincare specialist with Eminence Organics and waxing has always been one of my favorite services. Lash Extensions became my passion in 2008 when I wanted to expand my services....I try everything out on myself first. I hated wearing mascara, back then there was a lot of people who said extensions ruin your own lashes. NOT TRUE! I quickly became certified with Novalash and received my advanced certification in 2010. I have been doing and wearing lashes ever since!!

In 2015 I had become so busy. I made the decision to expand my business and educate new artists. Our mission is to create a calm, relaxing environment with luxury products and services. My most recent passion is BROWS! In 2017 I became certified in Microblading. This is just an amazing service.

I want every person who enters our door to know they will receive the very best treatment and service.

During my free time I love to cook, garden, workout, camp and just enjoy time with my friends and family.

Hi, my name is Natalie Agliolo. I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. I have been a licensed esthetician since the end of 2019 and have been working at SBK Beauty ever since. I was working the front desk learning the ins and outs of the business before I became a licensed professional. I specialize in lashes and I am very passionate about skin care. Growing up very active, the beauty industry always intrigued me to take care of myself and my skin.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends or being outside. I love curling up to a good book or binging a good show. I am constantly furthering my knowledge in this industry I am blessed to be a part of this amazing group of professionals. I look forward to servicing all of your beauty needs!

Hello. I am Alena,I am a licensed esthetician here at SBK Beauty. I started here as SBK’s concierge learning everything about our services and the business. I have been licensed since 2025. I felt drawn to the esthetics industry because creativity, science and self care all come together to help you feel confident and truly radiant. I specialize in all things waxing as well as facials and lashes. My favorite part of esthetics is helping you feel like the best version of yourself inside and out! I am so excited to meet you and grow with you on your skin care journey.

Outside of work you will find me at the lake in summer or reading at home with my cats.

Hello, my name is Rylee. I grew up in Lake Almanor, California, and moved to Nevada about seven years ago. Growing up, I always had an interest in anything beauty-related. I was even labeled the beauty guru by many friends. I finally received my esthetics license in the beginning of 2022.  Since then, I’ve been able to nurture my passion for esthetics and healing those around me. I found have found much love in bringing healing and esthetics together in a service. Your goals are my goals.

Outside of work I enjoy taking my puppy on walks, binge-watching a good tv show, reading, or anything involving food.

Hi, my name is Marcia Motter and I work the front desk here st SBK Beauty. I moved to the Reno area over 45 years ago. I love living in such a beautiful place.

I have been friends with Kym and also a client for the past 14 years. I recently retired from the WCSD and wanted to do something different. I am enjoying getting to meet and know the wonderful clients here at SBK Beauty. I am truly blessed to be part of such an amazing team of women.

Outside of work, I like golfing with my husband, spending time at Lake Tahoe and spending time with my family.
