LATE ARRIVALS

All appointment duration's have been designed to provide you with the best service possible! We always try to accommodate late arrivals, but the length of service may be adjusted so as not to interrupt the next client’s scheduled appointment.

PAYMENT

All prices and services are subject to change, we will alway inform you in advance of any price changes. We do our best to keep our guests informed. If you have any questions about pricing and services available, please do not hesitate to ask. We accept Visa, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay and cash.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. If you have purchased any of our service packages, series, or boutique products, we will exchange any product within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash or credit refunds for returned products, service packages or series.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If for any reason you are unhappy with your service(s), contact us within 3 days of your appointment and we will be happy to make adjustments to your satisfaction. We will try to accommodate all client requests and our professional Esthetician’s will make proper recommendations, should a request be potentially damaging to the health of your lashes or skin.

NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATION

We know life and things can come up and require schedule adjustments (which can be done easily online through our SBK app) or by calling our concierge team, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.

A $50 deposit for full sets of lashes and credit card required for all bookings.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 48hrs in advance will be no charge.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48hrs notice will be charged 50% of the services booked.

NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of Services booked.
